These terms govern your use of the Rivorix platform and services provided by Rivorix Sdn Bhd (“Rivorix”, “we”, “us”).

Services

Rivorix provides AI-powered tools for outbound call center optimization, including real-time agent copilot, QA scoring, and AI First-Touch qualification. Our software augments your existing team — we do not operate as a BPO or make calls on your behalf.

Pilot terms

Paid pilot engagements are governed by a separate pilot agreement. Our standard pilot term is 90 days with a performance guarantee as specified in the pilot agreement.

Compliance

Clients are responsible for ensuring their use of Rivorix complies with applicable laws, including PDPA (Malaysia), PIAM/LIAM guidelines, and Bank Negara Malaysia regulations. Rivorix provides compliance tooling but does not provide legal advice.
